Why did you Trade Your Glock 19 for a G23?

I had the G19 and traded to the G23. I also have the G26. I traded because I wanted a mid-range Glock. To me, the recoil with the Gen 4 G23 is moderate. Target acquisition is easier than expected. True to the fact, you can shoot faster with a 9mm.
