Can neighbors hear violin practice?
They can probably hear you if they are perfectly silent, but as soon as you turn a radio on they can’t. Don’t worry about it. I’ve lived my whole life in flats and never had issues. I live in a row house and I can typically hear muffled conversation from my neighbors so I’m quite sure they can hear me practice.
