Unfortunately NO IIT has a course MCA. Only some NIT provide the course MCA. NIMCET is the common exam for getting admission in NIT for MCA.
Why did IIT Roorkee discontinue MCA?
As someone has pointed out, the main reason for the discontinuation was that this course comes under the maths department and they don’t have enough faculty to continue this course, especially considering two faculty members with relevant experience recently moved to the CS department.
