Are there lights at Canary Wharf?
Canary Wharf’s Winter Lights festival will be free to visit and open from 5pm – 10pm daily, between Wednesday 19th January – Saturday 29th January 2022. A map of the light displays will be available from here closer to the date, and they usually hand out copies at Canary Wharf. Otherwise, just look for the crowds.

What is connected by light at Canary Wharf?
The Canary Wharf Winter Lights festival that enchants London every January was postponed thanks to Covid, making this already trying year somehow even worse. Canary Wharf, however, was determined to bring some colour, light and warmth to the estate this winter and thus, Connected by Light was born.

What happens at the Light Festival?
As the first light festival held on the estate in the summer months, the exhibits are designed to be viewed in both daylight and after dark. As a result, many of the artists have tailored their artworks to transition at nightfall.
