Is Zam supposed to be hard as a rock?
I wish some of the people who are satisfied customers would explain how exactly they got it to work. I do know that the Zam is supposed to be hard as a rock when you get it, it is not a mushy compound. It does seem to have more tooth it than a regular silver polishing cloth.
