What is the Mipal submission process?
MiPAL submission is a two-step process. Once the MiPAL is completely filled out it is required to be reviewed internally by a person other than the designated Primary User. Your site’s Admin has determined and assigned the Reviewer at the time the MiPAL was made available by the Network Laboratory Center.
What if an analyte is not applicable on the Mipal?
There may be analytes on the MiPAL in which an instrument or method is Not Applicable, such as for stored samples, rapid HIV testing, or when there are multiple analyte options (e.g. HIV algorithms). In such cases, DO NOT leave the fields blank.
