Even though Biologique Recherche calls P50 a lotion, it’s really an exfoliating toner that comes in six different liquid formulas for a mix of skin types and concerns (though they all work pretty similarly).

What does P50 toner do?

It’s not a lotion at all in the conventional sense, but a clear, watery chemical exfoliator that you can apply with a cotton pad, like a toner, or directly onto your face. It exfoliates, can get rid of dark spots, can help get rid of acne, regulates sebum, and imparts a general glowiness.

How to Use P50: P50 is a liquid exfoliant, so I use it AM and PM after washing my face in place of a toner. I then layer my serum, moisturizer, sunscreen, and eye cream on top of it. (A hyaluronic acid serum is a great compliment to P50.)
