Is Beddington Park Safe?
I took my grandchildren there during the summer holidays – it is very safe with a café, swings and slides and the river is shallow enough to paddle and fish in. It is away from the main road, so you don’t have to worry about cars etc. Beautiful place for a picnic day out (and free).

Yes Beddington Park has a water play area for children. The playground is for children aged 14 years and under. It was vandalised a few Months ago but the pump has now been repaired. it is actually a water valve in a pump body and fed only with fresh tap water which is not recirculated, so there is no risk from contaminated water.
