Takuma is the grandmaster (black belt) of Kyokugenryu Karate. He mainly relies on strong and focused strikes from his arms and legs. In The King of Fighters series, he can eventually hurl his own ki to hurt his opponents in an invisible manner, being the first practitioner to do so.

How do you unlock Saiki KOF 13? You are correct: perform 5 (or more) target actions per round in Arcade mode. Repeat until you’ve defeated 3 teams (9 characters total), and the 4th team will be solo Saiki. Defeat Saiki to unlock the character.
How do I unlock Saiki and Billy?
It’s the same process as unlocking Billy. Difference is you need about 40 target actions and above to face Saiki in the fourth match. Most people will unlock Billy first since to fight him you only need less than 20 target actions.
Does difficulty affect Saiki unlockability?
Difficulty doesn’t affect the unlockability of Saiki. I unlocked him when playing in Very Easy mode. Just a note, I perform like around 15 target actions each match. 15 x 3 = 45.
How do I unlock boss Saiki and dark ash?
As an extra note, even if you do manage to get to Billy and Saiki, you’ll still fight Ash as well after the 4th stage if you fulfill the conditions to fight him. Billy and Saiki are in the top-center row of the character select screen on both sides of Ash. Sadly, there’s no way to unlock Boss Saiki or Dark Ash outside of hacking.
