NBRC is an autonomous institute created by the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India, with the mandate of carrying out frontline research to understand neurobiology of brain disorders. As part of the infrastructure, NBRC has a state of the art animal facility to meet the requirements of the scientists for advanced neuroscience research.
