What is ABIS account information?
When you enroll in the EPN program, we will also give you an ABIS account number for automated billing (this number is different from your EPN requester code). We will send you periodic invoices to pay your bill. If you have less than $5 in charges on your account, DMV will send quarterly invoices.
What is an EPN number?

These requirements include: Owners who own, lease, or otherwise operate more than one motor unit or more than three towed vehicles. Owner/operators who have partners. Family members and volunteer drivers.
What is my EPN requester code?
An employer enrolled in the EPN Program is assigned a requester code. The requester code is added to an employee’s driver license record. When the employee’s record has an action/activity recorded on it, a driver record is generated and sent to the employer on file.
How can an employer check an employee’s driving Licence?
The employer can request information about the employee’s driving licence, including:
- the licence validity dates;
- the categories of vehicle that the employee is entitled to drive;
- whether or not there are any current endorsements on the licence; and.
- whether or not the employee is disqualified from driving.
