Recommended shelf life is assuming chemicals kept in full / sealed bottled: Developer: Diluted solution – 6 weeks / Concentrate – 12 weeks. Bleach-Fix: Diluted solution – 24 weeks / Concentrate – 24 weeks.
How long do C41 kits last?
A unopened developer Part C will last 1 – 2 years but once opened it will oxidize in 2 -3 months even unused and tightly capped in the bottle. A mixed working developer solution will last only 2 -3 weeks.
How long does unicolor C41 last?
In my experience, Unicolor lasts 2-3 weeks, even with squeezing the air out of the bottles and filtering all solutions with coffee filters between runs. I develop 15 rolls per 1-liter kit , saving up those rolls and developing them all within 1 to 1.5 weeks without any time compensation. Results are great.

What can I do with old c41 chemicals?
If in doubt, then take spent chemistry to an environmental disposal facility. In my county (US/New Mexico) the environmental facility (a.k.a. the dump) accepts chemical, electronic, and appliance waste for recycling. Chemicals, paint, solvents, etc. must/should be labeled to save the expense of testing.
